Hearing aid technology is constantly advancing – some devices can now be connected via an app on your phone, some are invisible, some are even waterproof, so whatever your lifestyle, we are best-placed to give you honest, impartial advice on which devices will work best for you.

Within each hearing aid range are different technology levels – which level is prescribed will be dependent on your hearing loss and communication needs.

Aftercare

Borders Hearing Care offer a first class aftercare service, which will include regular scheduled follow-up appointments. Drop-in appointments are also welcome, when available, to best look after you, your ear health and your hearing aids.

We are there for you, and will deliver the highest standards of care.

 

Your hearing aids will require ongoing maintenance and can be supplied with a two year or four year warranty & service plan, or alternatively, a pay as you go option for future appointments.
